The Chocolate

Ever since I started this business, I was curious about the process from making chocolate. Now, 4 years later, I am proud to say that the chocolate used in your treats is produced by me! Please note that each batch may have slight variations in color and taste, and that chocolate production time is 2-3 days.

Dark Chocolate

My dark chocolate hovers around 70-75% cacao. This means that it has a richer, deeper flavor than milk chocolate. My dark chocolate is naturally vegan, only including cacao nibs, cocoa butter, and organic raw cane sugar

Milk Chocolate

There are two milk chocolate varieties. The first, M, is a 45% cacao, with whole milk powder, cocoa butter, and organic raw cane sugar.

MV is my vegan offering,  a 45% cacao with coconut milk powder, cocoa butter and organic raw cane sugar. 

Only nut clusters will be available with vegan option

White Chocolate

There are two parts of chocolate- the cacao nib, which is where the chocolate flavor comes from, and the cocoa butter, which is the fat obtained from the pod. Real white chocolate should contain cocoa butter as the main ingredient. 

There are two white chocolate varieties. The first, W, is a 35% cacao, with whole milk powder, cocoa butter, and organic raw cane sugar.

WV is my vegan offering,  a 35% cacao with coconut milk powder, cocoa butter and organic raw cane sugar.
